I think Laura is very good at meditation and helping people be calm and have a positive view to the world. Laura has come to my school and done some group work with me and some other children. She has done some work with the whole year and the teachers then selected few children who haven’t got a lot of confidence and can be negative some of the time. I feel very much more positive now. She is helping me get through the struggle of moving from primary school to secondary, especially as all my friends are going to a different school and only one friend is going to the same school as me.
